We had an amazing stay! The room was cozy, especially the chaise lounge and the stylish shower design was a pleasant surprise. Plus, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and had so much variety!

I stayed in a King Room with Bay View for 2 nights, and I appreciated the excellent location near Cannery Row and other attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, which made coming back after a day of exploring a delight. However, the valets were a bit slow at times, which could be improved.

The staff was super friendly and went the extra mile to help us when we had a little room issue. The location is perfect. tons of restaurants and attractions nearby, and the dining area had some cool options. Just wish the wifi wasn't an extra charge, that felt a bit off!

Parking felt a bit pricey at $35 a night, and the communication during a false fire alarm caused unnecessary confusion and disruption.
